DESCRIPTION
The Model 400VF Mixer is a concentric flow type air valve
carburetor with a precision gas metering valve attached to the air
valve for applications with airflow requirements up to 500 CFM
(236.0 L/s). The air valve and gas valve motion is linear in
relation to the volumetric flow. The air/fuel ratio is controlled
by the adjustable power valve, the shape of the gas metering valve
and the pressure from the gas regulator. The most suitable gas
valve and matching jet is selected from several sizes best suited
for various fuels such as LPG Vapor, Natural Gas and Landfill Gas.
Gas valves are shaped to provide A/F versus flow characteristics
defined by each customer.
